Terms & Services
Effective Date: March 26, 2026. These terms govern your use of lawdesigngraphics.com and your engagement with LAWDesign Graphics services.
1. Scope of Services
LAWDesign Graphics provides creative services including graphic design, branding, web design, UI/UX design, and marketing creatives. Final deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in written proposals or statements of work.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project requirements, timely approvals, and all necessary materials. Delays in communication or approvals may affect project schedules and delivery dates.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to approved final deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing. LAWDesign Graphics retains ownership of preliminary concepts, internal templates, and pre-existing design assets.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued according to milestone schedules. Payments are due within the period specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in project pause, delayed delivery, or applicable late fees where permitted by law.
5. Revisions and Change Requests
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revision rounds or scope expansions are billed separately after client approval.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business information shared during the project. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
7. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided in good faith and with professional care. LAWDesign Graphics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from use of deliverables.
8. Third-Party Tools and Content
Projects may include third-party software, stock assets, or services subject to their own terms. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses where applicable.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate engagements with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of completed work and approved in-progress milestones up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
